Lego KidFest made it's way to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan on October 12-14, 2012!  What a fantastic experience.  Metro Detroit Mommy was lucky enough to not only attend, but we were able to promote the event with a ticket giveaway for our fans.  
There was so much to see and do at the event including tons of Lego figures, tons of challenges, science & crafts and of coarse many different opportunities to build.


The Big Brick pile was just amazing.... this alone was worth the price of admission.  Rosa enjoyed building with all sorts of bricks, and I had a ton of fun trying to figure out how to make her name out of Lego.


We also enjoyed checking out our friends at The Robot Garage, Macaroni Kid, and the Michigan Science Center.  We are sad to learn that Detroit will not be one of the 2013 tour locations, but hope to see Lego KidFest in 2014!!!
