DONORS NEEDED FOR DISNEY ON ICE PRESENTS DARE TO DREAMHAIR RAISING EVENT WITH RAPUNZEL TO BENEFIT WIGS 4 KIDS Event to be held at The Palace of Auburn Hills, Thursday, March 14, 2013 Auburn Hills, MI, February 5, 2013 —Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream will host a hair raising event staring the long golden-haired Rapunzel (from “Tangled”), to benefit Wigs 4 Kids on Thursday, March 14 from 2 – 4 PM at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Students and instructors from Michigan College of Beauty-Troy will provide their services to trim and style the locks of all willing donors. Hair donors are needed for this event! Each donor will receive 4 complimentary tickets courtesy of Feld Entertainment valid for the following performances of Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream at The Palace: Thursday, March 14 at 7:30 PM and Friday, March 15 at 11AM. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated and will be accepted at the Hair Raising event. Wigs 4 Kids guidelines for hair donations are:· 10” minimum hair length (from top to bottom)· Hair needs to be clean and thoroughly dry· Layered and curly hair is fine (curly hair can be pulled straight to measure the minimum 10”· Hair may not be colored or chemically damaged · Wigs 4 Kids accepts hair from men and women of all ages The grand finale of the Disney On Ice Hair Raising event takes place when the star of the show – Rapunzel – meets the donors to personally thank them.
